These Half profile models will Boast a 6mm exterior grade plywood carcass that will be suitably waterproofed then Castings applied to the front, Roof and chimneys and where needed sides,,,these casting will have been cast using a very hard and waterproof ceramic material.
Patterns taking from top quality imported British prototype Bricks,,Stone,,Slate and corrigated roofing ect.
The prototype is first built taking great care of scale and dimensions,,,once ready a mould is made from the front and the roof, this then allow us to produce castings from these moulds..
Once built you can easily add interior or exterior lighting,,Window frames are formed as part of the casting and Sheets of glazing fitted,,,these can be left of the model just in case you wish to paint the window frames a different colour..
The Models will of course come fully finished and ready to put to use or you will be able to choose unpainted models so you can customise them to suit your needs..
